1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Keyvello ("Service"), available at keyvello.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Keyvello is an AI-powered video generation platform that enables users to create faceless videos for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate scripts, voiceovers, and visual content based on user inputs.
3. User Accounts & Registration
To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring you are at least 18 years of age
4. Credits & Payments
Keyvello operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate videos and can be obtained through:
- Subscription Plans: Monthly recurring plans that provide credits each billing cycle
- Credit Packs: One-time purchases of credit bundles
All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Credits do not roll over at subscription renewal — when your subscription renews, your credits will be reset to the amount allocated per your plan, regardless of how many credits you had remaining.
Refund Policy: Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion, and only for first-time subscription purchases, if: (1) less than 10% of the subscription credits have been used, and (2) the request is made within 14 days of the initial payment. Subscription renewals are strictly non-refundable — you may cancel your subscription at any time before your renewal date to avoid being charged. Credit packs are non-refundable. If you experience bugs or issues with your generations, please contact our support team so we can help resolve them.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan for the remainder of your billing period. After your plan expires, your account will revert to the free tier.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all videos and content you create using Keyvello. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to generate content. You are solely responsible for:
- The prompts and inputs you provide
- How you use and distribute generated content
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Keyvello to create content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic
- Promotes violence or terrorism
- Spreads misinformation or deceptive content
- Impersonates others or misrepresents identity
- Depicts, or attempts to depict, a real, identifiable person — including public figures (such as celebrities, politicians, athletes, or influencers) or any private individual — without their explicit consent. This includes so-called "deepfakes" and any synthetic recreation of a real person's face, likeness, or voice.
- Violates the terms of third-party platforms where content is posted
Deepfakes & Likeness of Real People
Keyvello prohibits generating deepfake content or any depiction of a real, identifiable individual without that person's consent. We enforce this with automated moderation applied across all of our generation models and workflows: text prompts that request a real person are blocked before any content is created, and uploaded or supplied face images are automatically screened, with recognizable public figures blocked from being used for talking-avatar or lip-sync generation.
When you upload or supply a face image, you represent and warrant that the image is of yourself or of a person who has given you explicit permission to use their likeness, and that it is not a public figure or any other real person used without consent. You are solely responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for any likeness you provide. We may block, remove, or refuse to process content, and suspend accounts, that violate this policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Keyvello platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Keyvello and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Keyvello is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of Keyvello after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
